Job Title: Secretary

Salary: 3000 - 5000 AED all inclusive

- Prepare and maintain documentation, correspondence, and records efficiently.
Sales Assistance:- Assist the sales team with the preparation of quotations and other sales-related documents.
- Follow up on customer orders and inquiries to ensure timely processing.
Order Coordination:- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor and track delivery schedules to maintain customer satisfaction.
Customer Interaction:- Communicate effectively with clients to handle inquiries and provide updates.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Accounting Support:- Maintain basic financial records, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Support the finance team with data entry and other accounting tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Science or Commerce.
Languages:- Proficiency in English and Hindi (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Technical Skills:- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of basic accounting practices is essential.
Interpersonal Skills:- Strong communication, organizational, and coordination abilities.
Experience:
- Prior experience in a similar role within the chemical or trading industry is an advantage.
Work Environment:- Office-based role with occasional interaction with warehouse and logistics teams.
