Responsibilities:
- process, cash book, establish schedules, staff rotation, organization chart and position to be filled, marketing and attractiveness strategy, business development. Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate procurement terms, and ensure an attractive and high-quality assortment.
- Research and evaluate new business partnerships, including collaborations with local producers, delivery services, and other industry players.
- Design and implement marketing and promotional initiatives to increase visibility and appeal of the supermarket.
- Analyze market data and trends to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, purchasing, etc.) to ensure effective implementation of business development strategies.
- Need to have at least 3 years of experience in the food industry (supermarket, hypermarket), and be aware of the legislation and standards in force.
- Previous experience in a management or retail position.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong customer focus and decision-making skills.
