Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
- Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other professionals
- Prepare and review project plans, specifications, and contracts
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Address any issues that may arise during the construction process
- Dubai Municipality approval G 12 / Unlimited
- Valid UAE driving license
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-rise building construction in the UAE.
- A total of 10 years of overall experience in civil engineering.
- Proven track record of successful project management and execution.
- Strong technical capabilities and familiarity with construction industry software/tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
