Job Description:
  • We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreman. The ideal candidate must have extensive expertise in electromechanical systems and a proven track record of at least 7 years working in the UAE within the electromechanical sector.The candidate should be currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems, including HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
  • Coordinate daily activities of mechanical teams to ensure timely project completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of project designs.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Conduct inspections of completed work to verify quality and resolve any deficiencies.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align work schedules and resolve technical challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records of work progress, material usage, and team performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to team members.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years of work experience in the UAE with a focus on electromechanical systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • Familiarity with UAE safety regulations and construction standards.
  • Immediate joiners only will be considered.
  • Applicants must currently be inside the UAE.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Previous experience working on large-scale construction or maintenance projects.
