Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of work experience in an electromechanical company within the UAE. The candidate should be currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Supervision:
- Oversee and manage electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works on-site.
- Ensure that projects are executed efficiently, adhering to schedules and specifications.
- Lead and coordinate a team of electricians and workers.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor progress to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, project requirements, and quality benchmarks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or operational issues.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Interpret drawings, plans, and specifications to guide on-site execution.
- Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Monitor adherence to all UAE safety and regulatory standards.
- Ensure the availability of required tools, materials, and equipment at the site.
- Monitor and record material usage to avoid wastage.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in the UAE with an electromechanical company.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and troubleshooting.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams effectively in a construction or maintenance setting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Immediate Availability: Only candidates who can join immediately will be considered.
- Residency: Applicants must currently reside in the UAE.
