https://youtu.be/XdimKojvZlg Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Professional to oversee sales operations within the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in regional sales, particularly in the stationery, office supplies, school supplies, or FMCG sectors within the UAE market. The candidate must possess strong communication and sales skills, with fluency in English (Arabic and French proficiency is an advantage).
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Management & Business Development- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base within the Middle East.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and channel partners.
Market Analysis & Strategy- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
- Conduct regular market research and provide insights on growth opportunities.
Operational Oversight- Ensure efficient execution of sales operations, including order fulfillment, logistics, and supply chain coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing, sales, and customer service efforts.
Client Relationship Management- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Address and resolve client queries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Reporting & Analysis- Prepare periodic sales reports to evaluate performance against KPIs and regional targets.
- Provide detailed forecasts and recommendations to management for decision-making.
Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 5-8 years in regional sales within the UAE and the broader Middle East.
Sector Knowledge: Proven track record in stationery, office supplies, school supplies, or FMCG industries.
Language: Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is highly advantageous.
Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and sales data analysis tools.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Location & Travel
Base location: UAE.
