Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Leasing Manager to oversee all leasing activities for our commercial and/or residential properties across the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing lease agreements, maintaining tenant relations, optimizing occupancy rates, and ensuring compliance with local real estate laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic leasing plans to maximize occupancy and rental income.
• Source and secure tenants for vacant units through various marketing and networking strategies.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on current trends and competitive offerings.
• Prepare and negotiate lease agreements in compliance with UAE property laws.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, real estate agents, and property consultants.
• Monitor lease expirations and proactively manage renewals or terminations.
• Coordinate with property management and legal teams to resolve tenant issues or disputes.
• Prepare regular reports on occupancy, lease status, rental income, and market conditions.
• Ensure all leasing documentation is accurately maintained and updated in the database.
• Participate in property viewings and conduct inspections as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of leasing experience in the UAE, preferably in the real estate or property management sector.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE leasing laws and regulations.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software (e.g., Yardi, Property Finder, Bayut).
• UAE driving license is mandatory.
