Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer for an onshore oilfield construction project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executing large-scale oil and gas projects, preferably with ARAMCO. Candidates who are ARAMCO-approved or have previous experience with ARAMCO projects will be given priority.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Review and implement electrical engineering designs, specifications, and drawings for oilfield construction in compliance with industry standards and ARAMCO regulations.
• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, cathodic protection, grounding, and control systems.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams including civil, mechanical, and instrumentation engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Perform site inspections and resolve technical issues related to electrical work.
• Ensure that all electrical systems are installed and operated safely and efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and technical submittals.
• Liaise with ARAMCO inspectors and ensure compliance with project quality requirements and standards.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
• Adhere to HSE policies and procedures and promote safety culture on site.

 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in oilfield or industrial construction projects, with at least 3 years in KSA preferred.
• ARAMCO-approved or experience with ARAMCO projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (IEC, NEC, IEEE, etc.).
• Experience in reviewing and approving method statements, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

 
Additional Information:

• Must be willing to relocate/work in remote oilfield locations within KSA.
• Valid transferable Iqama is a plus (for locally available candidates).
