https://youtu.be/XdimKojvZlg Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Equipment Schedule Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of equipment scheduling, mobilization, utilization, and demobilization for a large-scale oilfield construction project in KSA. The ideal candidate will be ARAMCO-approved and have extensive knowledge of equipment planning and coordination in compliance with ARAMCO standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain detailed schedules for all construction equipment based on project requirements and timelines.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, operations, and site execution teams to ensure timely availability and optimal utilization of equipment.
- Monitor equipment mobilization and demobilization activities to and from the project site.
- Implement ARAMCO standards and safety requirements related to equipment management.
- Prepare equipment status reports, utilization forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Identify and mitigate potential delays due to equipment constraints or availability issues.
- Interface with subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with equipment delivery and operational requirements.
- Ensure all equipment is inspected, certified, and approved in accordance with ARAMCO regulations.
- Manage equipment inventory, including tracking of hours of operation, maintenance schedules, and replacement planning.
- Support planning teams with resource allocation and project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or equivalent).
Requirements:- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in equipment scheduling or fleet management in large oil & gas construction projects.
- ARAMCO approval is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of construction equipment types, capabilities, and logistics.
- Proficiency in scheduling and project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations related to equipment operations.
Preferred Qualifications:- Previous work experience on ARAMCO oilfield or pipeline projects.
- Familiarity with ARAMCO material and equipment tracking systems (e.g., SAP, ERPs).
- Valid Saudi Driving License or eligible to obtain one.
