Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in accounting, and a deep understanding of UAE financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise the accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with UAE accounting standards (IFRS).
  • Ensure tax compliance (VAT, corporate tax) and liaise with auditors for annual audits.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support business decisions.
  • Coordinate with banks, suppliers, and government authorities for financial transactions.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in accounting, with 3+ years in a managerial role (UAE experience required).
Skills:
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Tally).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and financial regulations.
  • Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Language: Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
