https://youtu.be/XdimKojvZlg Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Project Controller to oversee financial, scheduling, and performance aspects of large-scale Roads and Highways infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in similar EU-based projects and demonstrate strong capabilities in cost control, budgeting, scheduling, and risk analysis within civil infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Scheduling- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Monitor project progress and track critical milestones.
- Support construction planning and resource allocation.
Cost Control & Budgeting- Prepare project budgets and forecasts.
- Track actual costs against budget and report variances.
- Implement cost-saving strategies and monitor expenditure compliance.
Reporting & Documentation- Generate periodic project reports including cost, schedule, earned value, and risk assessments.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation and control logs.
- Report key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
Risk Management- Identify and assess project risks and opportunities.
- Support the development of mitigation plans in coordination with project managers.
Stakeholder Coordination- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and government authorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, finance, and construction.
Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in infrastructure or highway projects, with at least 2 years on EU-based projects.
- Solid understanding of FIDIC contract principles is preferred.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
- Strong knowledge of project cost control, planning, and reporting techniques.
- Fluent in English; additional European language is an advantage.
