Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and courteous Receptionist with excellent English language skills, comparable to native proficiency. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our office, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors, clients, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • ·       Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • ·       Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls efficiently.
  • ·       Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • ·       Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
  • ·       Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access.
  • ·       Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • ·       Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • ·       Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with clients, staff, and external partners.
  • ·       Assist with ad hoc tasks as needed to support office operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • ·       Fluent in English, with speaking and writing skills equivalent to a native speaker.
  • ·       Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role preferred.
  • ·       Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • ·       Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • ·       Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and phone systems.
  • ·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
