- Conduct market research to identify customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, quotations, and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer support.
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, customer visit reports, and sales forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and UAE regulations related to chemical handling and transportation.
- Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings to expand the company's customer base.
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of chemical sales experience in the UAE market.
- Knowledge of industrial chemicals, specialty chemicals, or chemical trading operations.
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems.
- Good understanding of UAE market dynamics and customer segments.
- Excellent command of English; additional languages such as Arabic or Hindi are an advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented professional.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
