https://youtu.be/XdimKojvZlg Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Chemical Sales Executive/Senior Chemical Sales Engineer to develop and expand our chemical sales business across the UAE. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical knowledge of industrial and specialty chemicals, an established network of customers within the UAE, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE market for industrial and specialty chemicals.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients in sectors such as manufacturing, construction, oil & gas, water treatment, automotive, FMCG, and other industrial sectors.
- Promote and sell chemical products while providing technical support and solutions to customers.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers while ensuring profitability.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, networking events, and customer meetings to expand business relationships.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and company policies related to chemical handling and transportation.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's strategic growth objectives.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of proven chemical sales experience within the UAE market.
- Strong knowledge of industrial chemicals, specialty chemicals, petrochemicals, or construction chemicals.
- Established network of clients and industry contacts within the UAE.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong technical, commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel across the UAE for business development activities.
