- Create customized nail art and designs based on client preferences.
- Safely remove gel, acrylic, and other nail enhancements without damaging natural nails.
- Conduct nail consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of all tools, equipment, and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure proper sanitation procedures before and after every client.
- Monitor the condition of clients' nails and identify any issues requiring professional attention.
- Educate clients on nail care, maintenance, and aftercare.
- Promote salon services, retail products, and ongoing promotions.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Manage appointments efficiently while maintaining high-quality service.
- Assist in inventory control by reporting product and supply requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest nail trends, techniques, and industry developments.
- Certification or diploma in Nail Technology, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Nail Technician in a reputable salon or spa.
- Strong knowledge of manicure, pedicure, gel polish, acrylic, hard gel, BIAB, nail extensions, and nail art techniques.
- Knowledge of nail health, sanitation, sterilization, and infection control procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and artistic skills.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Experience with luxury salon or high-end beauty center standards.
- Eyelash, eyebrow, or basic beauty treatment experience is an added advantage.
- Ability to upsell beauty treatments and retail products.
- Familiarity with modern nail trends and premium nail care products.
- Friendly and approachable personality.
