Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional hair cutting, trimming, styling, and blow-drying services.
- Provide hair coloring services, including root touch-ups, full color, highlights, balayage, ombre, and color correction.
- Carry out hair treatments such as keratin, protein, botox, deep conditioning, scalp treatments, and hair spa services.
- Wash, shampoo, condition, and prepare clients' hair before treatments.
- Recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments based on clients' hair type, face shape, and preferences.
- Educate clients on proper hair care and recommend professional retail products.
- Ensure all tools, equipment, and workstations are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained according to salon hygiene standards.
- Maintain accurate client service records and treatment history when required.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Keep up to date with current hair trends, coloring techniques, and industry best practices.
- Assist in promoting salon services and retail products.
- Support the salon team in achieving daily operational and sales targets.
- Certificate or diploma in Hairdressing, Cosmetology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience as a Hair Technician or Hair Stylist.
- Experience in ladies' salon services is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Hair cutting techniques
- Hair coloring and bleaching
- Highlights and balayage
- Keratin and protein treatments
- Hair botox treatments
- Hair styling and finishing
- Hair care products and treatments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment.

- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.
- Previous UAE or GCC salon experience.
- Experience working with international brands and premium hair products.
- Ability to communicate in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.
