Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and cost control.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Review construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, local authority requirements, and health & safety standards.
- Coordinate material approvals, inspections, and project documentation.
- Attend project meetings and provide technical recommendations to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of civil engineering experience in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
- Hands-on experience with RAKEZ projects is a strong advantage.
- Sound knowledge of UAE construction practices, local regulations, and authority approval processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE and able to join immediately (within 5 days) will be given preference.
- Proven experience managing construction site activities from start to completion.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
