- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of UAE real estate experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior management or General Manager role.
- Proven experience managing real estate sales, leasing, and property management operations.
- Strong business development, leadership, and financial management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the UAE real estate market and relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English is mandatory.
- Tamil or Malayalam language proficiency is required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Currently available inside the UAE.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Results-oriented with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple business functions effectively.
